Revitalization
The Full Story
Through Revitalization we aim to improve the lives of individuals in the community by bringing new developments to the area alongside constant and consistent improvements of existing properties. Revitalization goes hand in hand with our Homeownership and Homelessness programs in providing the means to facilitate these programs.

We will forever be interested in working with individuals interested in fighting this fight alongside our organization. We welcome those who show interest enough to invest with our organization and/or partner with us on future developments.

Revitalization With CARE
The C.A.R.E Package
The CARE package provides members, who currently own a home, the opportunity to be a part of a lottery which gives them the chance to win one home improvement that would include items such as roof repairs, carpet repairs, paint, dry wall, heating, cooling- courtesy of the organization and it's partners.
Homeownership Program
The CARE Homeownership program will provide members who are seeking homeownership with an opportunity to work alongside our Program Managers to develop and implement a path to Homeownership. Members of the program will receive access to our financial literacy symposiums and community events.
Homelessness to Homeownership Program
The Homelessness to Homeownership Program will work with it's partners to engage members who are suffering from homelessness, begin to establish stability within their living and financial situation and ultimately get them on the road to homeownership. These members will have counselors that follow them through the program to not only ensure a successful completion of the program, but also ensure that these members are establishing a life they see for themselves.
